Workshop Terms and Conditions

By booking this workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Payment and Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of enrollment to confirm your seat in the workshop.

  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to the workshop date.

  • All payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may resell your seat to another participant for a full refund (you handle the resale).

  • In the event the workshop is canceled by Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC, you will be notified as soon as possible, and all payments will be refunded in full.

  • Please note: Travel, lodging, or other personal expenses will not be reimbursed in the case of a cancellation.

2. Travel and Accommodation

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and lodging.

3. Image Usage

  • Images taken during the workshop may be used for portfolio purposes only (e.g., website or online display).

  • Commercial use is strictly prohibited, including:

    • Submissions to magazines, exhibitions, or competitions (without express permission).

    • Use in advertising photo sessions, workshops, products, or services.

  • Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property & Workshop Content

  • All training materials, information, and techniques shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC.

  • These materials may not be copied, edited, shared, or redistributed in any form, nor taught to others, without express written consent.

  • This includes sharing with individuals, companies, schools, charities, or organizations.

5. Photography and Media Release

  • Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC reserves the right to photograph or record the workshop and use any such media for promotional or commercial purposes without requiring a signed release from participants.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You voluntarily release and hold harmless Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC and its affiliates from any liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss that may occur during your participation or travel to/from the event.

  • You accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the workshop.

COVID-19 Acknowledgment and Waiver

  • Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC will take reasonable precautions to clean and sanitize the studio and ensure participant safety.

  • By attending, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all associated risks, including the possibility of illness, injury, or death.

  • You agree to release and hold harmless Yancy Villatoro Photography, LLC from any claims related to COVID-19 exposure or infection arising from your participation.
